Bush is awesome. I really don’t get what makes bald, pre-pubescent pussy so appealing.

When people refer to shaved vag as ‘pre-pubescent’ it actually creeps me out a little :P I guess it shows where people’s mindspace is it. I’ve never associated clean shaven with an underage-girl look, but I can certainly see why some people would. I can’t believe I am going to write a whole rambling topic on this…I must be bored! :) Ok stop reading now if you don’t care because normally this is where I would drop off too. I can not believe people have arguments and discussions about this topic in the first place! It all comes down to personal preference. Either you like it, you don’t, or you are indifferent. END of STORY. But this goes round and round like a carousel. So let’s break this down:

1) This ad is stupid, yes. But who would expect Remington, a razor company, to come up with anything profound? No one. The just sell razors.

2) The added sharpie commentary is cute but misguided. You can have a giant bush and still have a shitty heart and an empty mind. The things are not related.

3) People seem to forget that everything is cyclical. In the 60s, 70s, and 80s hairy men and women were the thing. So, sooner or later we’ll get bored of the shaved look and hairy will be in again. Hurray for those that care! So, keep an eye out for that somewhere after 2020.

Ok now for the personal/professional aspect of this topic.

The Personal:

A) If you are in a relationship you’ve probably learnt that everything is about compromise. So if you like bush and he doesn’t, or vice-versa, you will probably have to meet in the middle. Maybe leave the hair on the pelvic bone or shave the labia? Or let it grow out but shave it once in a while? Fuck if I know, work it out people.

B) If it’s about a one-off screw, it probably doesn’t even matter. People are so hot and heavy to go that half the time no one goes down on eachother anyway.

C) Your choice of vag decoration is totally up to you. It’s probably holds no more or less attention in your mind than your decision about today’s nail color, haircut, and what you are going to wear. It’s about personal appearance and feeling good/confident/sexy about your overall look.

D) If someone is being derogatory towards your choice to shave or not, you probably shouldn’t be around those people anyway. Period.

E) Hygiene. If your hygiene is sub-standard, it’s true that hair will attract more moisture and as result more stank. This is a no brainer but hopefully not a lot of people are this bad :P

The Professional:

In photography I have heard the argument that bush is a more classic look and that ‘true’ nude models (whatever the fuck that is) prefer hair. I think the argument centers on the fact that bush hides more of the labia and therefore makes it more ‘acceptable’. I’ve never really bought that, but I am just one dude in a land of many. But the equation that shaved labia = erotic is bogus regardless. You can have mega-bush and still spread your legs like everyone else. Context, theme, presentation, intent, and audience are more of a guide to whether something is classic nude or erotic nude than your trim preference. Frankly people that spend time venturing into this topic just like to hear themselves talk. So, I think in this brief moment that must apply to me too :P

Conclusions:

- Stop giving a shit!

- Make sexy time

- Take pretty pictures
